Problem #1: Fail to find a niche
Do you feel that it’s difficult to find a niche or a field of expertise because you simply cannot afford to say no to a client? This is a big problem because it means you’ve to start from scratch on every project and you cannot automate certain areas of your service or raise your prices.
Problem #2: Undervalued service
Billing properly is really hard. There are millions of freelancers and competition is extremely tough. How is it possible to survive when there are many people who want to do the work and they’re just a click away from anyone with an internet connection? This leads to compete for price (race to the bottom) as opposed to value.
